Dear ISV members,
In the following page you will find the ballot for election to a 2-year term for:
- President, Secretary and Treasurer Officers of the ISV Executive Board Committee.
- Six additional members of the ISV Executive Board Committee.
1. Please vote first for the Officers, we have only one candidate for each of the positions.
2. After you have voted for the Officers, select 6 names from the bottom list of 9 candidates to the Board. Candidates have been arranged by alphabetical order.
There are two ways of complete this vote:
A. If you are attending the Singapore meeting, fill the next page and deposit your vote by hand during our general meeting of the ISV on Monday October 5, 2009
B. You can also fill the form and send it by e-mail to our current Secretary, adolfo.garcia-sastre@mssm.edu not later than 2:00 AM EST, October 5, 2009 (same time as the general meeting).
To facilitate your vote, a short description of each candidate has been provided in the ISV web site.
