| Membership Application |
| To facilitate your application to
be a member of ISV, a simple online application
process has been eastablished: |
1. Submit basic information about yourself
in an online application form.
2. An ISV ID number will be assigned to you.
3. Use the ISV ID number to pay your annual membership fee through a fast and secure
site by using major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
The membership fee paid in 2008 will cover the period up to the end of 2009.
4. If the credit card payment is authorized by your credit card issuers, a receipt
will be generated while you are online.
5. A formal letter from ISV will be sent to you by email to recognize your ISV membership
status. |
| Alternatively, you can fill the online application form, receive an ISV ID
number and submit your annual membership fee by a check to:
